The course equips you with the necessary educational psychology knowledge, values, attitudes and skills required to practise as an Educational Psychologist. This is done firstly through taught units on the theories and research on the promotion of health and wellbeing, development and learning of all children and young people, and on relevant prevention, assessment and intervention strategies.
You can work as a warranted Educational Psychologist in schools and other education, mental health and community settings, after acquiring the Master of Psychology in Educational Psychology degree, followed by two years of supervised practice.
