Masters in Business Administration in Leadership

The Masters in Business Administration in Leadership program is designed to provide executive education and career development for individuals who have prior management experience and aspire to senior or strategic positions in public, private, or third-sector organizations. The course has been developed in close consultation with industry experts, ensuring that graduates acquire skills that organizations require in today's rapidly changing business landscape.

Throughout the program, you will engage in current discussions on the challenges facing managers and leaders, while also developing theoretical knowledge and practical skills in strategic management and leadership. You will gain a global perspective and a deeper understanding of the impact of globalization on businesses, societies, and the environment.

Learning in the course is facilitated through scholarly inquiry, peer discussion and networking, evaluation, work-based learning, and reflective practice. The MBA program aims to develop strategic leaders who can effectively function in a wide range of roles, utilizing a diverse mix of transferable professional skills and experience.

Initially, students will complete 120 credits of classroom-based taught modules, followed by a 60-credit Project to complete the program.
